Furthermore, we do our best in human rights management so that
Gwangju can develop into a sustainable human rights city as a responsible
public institution for realizing social value to contribute to the
development of local communities and civic welfare and grow into
a sustainable public enterprise with citizens. To this end,
we declare the Gwangju Metropolitan City Corporation Charter of
Human Rights Management and pledge to implement it.
